More homeless people die of hypothermia each year in Los Angeles than in any other city, due to limited shelter space.

Village for Vets raises funds to purchase coats that double as sleeping bags for VA outreach teams to distribute to homeless veterans throughout Los Angeles. The coat distribution both saves lives and helps the VA get homeless veterans enrolled in a broad range of services.

Each Sleeping Bag Coat costs $140.
