New PIT Count Numbers: A Hopeful Outlook for 2024

The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) recently released the 2024 PIT (Point-In-Time) Count numbers, revealing a significant reduction in Veteran homelessness in Los Angeles County. This decrease reflects the collective efforts of organizations like ours, local authorities, and the community to address this critical issue.

Village for Vets assisted in this reduction by serving 425 Veterans through our EFUND program and 254 SSVF veteran cases.
